xTool SafetyPro™ AP2 Max Air Purifier with SuperCyclone

The xTool SafetyPro™ AP2 Max is a high-capacity air purifier designed to manage smoke, particles, and odors produced by demanding laser cutting, engraving, and welding workflows. With airflow up to 700 m³/h, it is built for large-format equipment and production environments that require substantially more extraction capacity than a desktop purifier.

The AP2 Max combines SuperCyclone separation with a dense, multi-stage filter system. Its 72 cyclones separate large particles before they reach the main filters, helping reduce clogging and extend pre-filter life. Up to seven filtration stages address fine particles, gases, and odors, including an AP2 Max-exclusive formaldehyde filter that captures and decomposes formaldehyde molecules.

• 700 m³/h airflow: Provides powerful extraction for compatible industrial laser cutters, engravers, and welding equipment.
• SuperCyclone pre-filtration: Uses 72 cyclones to capture up to 99% of large particles before they reach the filter stack.
• Up to seven filtration stages: Supports removal of particulate matter, VOCs, odors, and other airborne contaminants generated during processing.
• Tested particle removal: SGS testing reported 99.97% removal efficiency for 0.3 µm dust and 99.99% PM2.5 removal under specified test conditions.
• Intelligent operation: Supports automatic startup and shutdown, material-based filtration modes, and real-time filter-life monitoring with compatible xTool equipment.

Compatibility and Maintenance

The SafetyPro™ AP2 Max is compatible with xTool P, M, and S Series machines, MetalFab, F2, F2 Ultra, F2 Ultra UV, F1 Ultra, and F1 Lite. It can also serve equipment requiring no more than 700 m³/h of extraction when the exhaust connection is compatible, although xTool smart-control features are unavailable with third-party equipment.

A pull-out magnetic access door simplifies filter service, while the washable cyclone assembly can be cleaned and reused. This listing is specifically for the xTool SafetyPro™ AP2 Max configuration.
