At fbrc8 LLC, we believe 3D printing — and the sales and services around it — should be a fun, rewarding, and mutually beneficial experience for everyone. We keep the legalese to a minimum and aim to be clear, transparent, and fair in everything we do. We want you to be satisfied with your experience and to keep coming back.

The terms below lay out the basic ground rules, so we all know what to expect.

Conditions of Use

Use of fbrc8.com is subject to the following conditions. By using our site, you agree to them.

  • You must be at least 18 years of age to create an account on fbrc8.com and to place orders.
  • fbrc8 LLC reserves the right to change its product range and/or prices at any time.
  • Some products may be restricted to certain geographic territories under our agreements with various manufacturers, and we reserve the right not to conduct business outside those areas.
  • Some parts of the purchase process on fbrc8.com may be provided by other entities, including Shopify Inc. Those entities may impose their own terms and conditions, which will also apply to your transaction. Please review these additional conditions during the purchase process.
  • Item descriptions and information are provided in good faith, but no warranty is provided as to fitness for any particular purpose.
  • Customers agree to indemnify and hold harmless fbrc8 LLC and its officers, employees, and business partners from all claims arising from the use or misuse of fbrc8's products and services.
  • fbrc8 does not warrant the service life or suitability for purpose of any product; limited product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers only. However, fbrc8 will work with you to help process any warranty claims that may be necessary.
  • We reserve the right to refuse business with any customer, without giving a reason, based on the specifics of the transaction, past experience with the customer, or similar factors.
  • In the event of any dispute, we will work in good faith toward a mutually acceptable solution. If legal action becomes necessary, the transaction is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and disputes must be filed in that State.

Privacy Policy

fbrc8 LLC takes your privacy seriously. We will not share your order history, payment details, site use, or contact information with any third party except as necessary to operate our online presence and to fulfill and support your orders (for example, with our e-commerce platform, payment processors, email and helpdesk providers, shipping companies, and product vendors for warranty registration or drop-shipping). Any such sharing requires that partner companies do not re-share your data or use it for other purposes.

If all or part of fbrc8 LLC's business is sold as a going concern, we reserve the right to transfer the associated contact and order history data to the new owners, to the extent it relates to the business being acquired. That data may only be used in connection with the existing business relationship, and remains subject to the same conditions fbrc8 LLC itself applies.

fbrc8 LLC or its partners may also be required to disclose information about customers and their transactions to legal authorities, in compliance with court orders or other statutory requirements.

Partners We May Share Your Data With

To the extent necessary to fulfill orders and maintain our business relationship with you, fbrc8 may share your personal information with the following third parties:

  • Shopify — payment processing and shopping cart functions
  • PayPal and Intuit — payment processing
  • Zendesk — support ticket management
  • Klaviyo — opt-in mailing list management
  • FedEx and USPS — shipping services
  • Product vendors — warranty and drop-shipping purposes
  • Vibe.co — advertising targeting and tracking
  • Google — website performance tracking

We may update this list from time to time as we work with new partners to fulfill our commitments to our customers.

Credit Card and Payment Information

fbrc8 does not retain credit card numbers or related payment information after a transaction is complete. Unless you provide such information to us directly (for example, when paying in person or over the phone), fbrc8 usually has no access to it at all; payment is handled entirely by third parties, and we only see the final status of the transaction.

Use of Contact Information

To process payments and deliver orders, we require your name and address. We also require a contact phone number, which we share with the carrier solely to address any delivery issues.

We may contact you by email, text message, and/or postal mail with information and follow-up about your orders and activity on the site. An email address is required when you create an account on our site and/or during checkout.

We also periodically send emails about new products, services, and promotions. These are sent only to customers who have actively opted in, and their content may be based on your purchase history and site activity on fbrc8.com.

Social Media & Online Advertising

In addition to email, fbrc8 advertises on websites and social media. In doing so, we may target broad geographic or interest-based audiences, as defined by those platforms.

Your Right to Opt Out

You may opt out of marketing emails at any time by:

Opting out will not affect your ability to use fbrc8's website and services. You will still need to provide an email address when placing an order, and we will use it to communicate with you about that order.

If you would like your personal data removed from our systems, please contact sales@fbrc8.com. Please note this may affect our ability to serve you in the future.

Cookies

We use persistent identifiers (cookies) to track and analyze site usage and to provide functionality such as the shopping cart. Cookies do not directly contain personally identifiable information, and we do not share this data outside fbrc8 LLC other than with our e-commerce and online service partners, solely to the extent needed to operate our online presence and support our customers.

If you disable cookies, parts of our site may not function correctly. In that case, please contact sales@fbrc8.com to make your purchase.

Satisfaction Guarantee & Returns

All sales on this site are subject to the following conditions, which you agree to when you make a purchase.

You may return products for any reason within 14 days of the purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

  1. Products must be in as-new condition and in their original packaging.
  2. Spare parts must not have been installed in a printer.
  3. Opened packages of consumables, such as printing materials, may only be returned if defective.
  4. Printers (and other hardware over $1000) are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned, unless the hardware was defective at time of delivery.
  5. For defective items, you may request either a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.
  6. Original shipping charges are refunded only for defective items, and only if a replacement is not requested.
  7. Return shipping is at the purchaser's expense, except for defective items.
  8. Please contact sales@fbrc8.com to request a return authorization before returning any item.

All sales are final 14 days after the purchase date, and goods may not be returned after that point. However, if you experience technical problems with a product, we will actively work with you and the manufacturer toward an equitable solution under the terms of any applicable manufacturer warranty.

Shipping

All domestic US shipments are sent via a trackable service such as FedEx Ground or USPS Priority Mail.

If you need expedited shipping, you can select it at checkout, where an estimated shipping cost will be displayed. If the estimate does not cover the actual cost (for example, due to the weight or size of a shipment), fbrc8 will contact you to confirm the actual charges before shipping. You may then either pay the additional amount or cancel your order at no charge.

We aim to ship same day, Monday through Friday, but this is not always possible. Orders placed after 2 PM US Central Time are not guaranteed to leave our facility the same day.

Some items are drop-shipped directly from the manufacturer, so delivery may take a little longer.
