Here at fbrc8 LLC, we think that 3D Printing, and the associated sales and services should be a fun, rewarding, and mutually beneficial experience for everyone. To that end, we're trying hard to keep the legalese to a minimum, and be clear, transparent, and fair in everything that we do.  We want you to be satisfied with your experience, and keep coming back as repeat customers.

In this spirit, the information below is provided to lay out some basic ground rules, so that we all know what to expect:

Conditions of Use

Use of the fbrc8.com site is subject to the  following conditions, and you are implicitly agreeing to these by using our site:

• Users must be at least 18 years of age to sign up for an account on fbrc8.com, and to place orders.
  
  
• fbrc8 LLC reserves the right to amend its product range and/or prices at any time.
  
  
• Some product offerings may be restricted to certain geographic territories, based on our agreements with various manufacturuers, and we reserve the right to not conduct business outside those areas.
  
  
• Some parts of the purchase process on fbrc8.com may be provided by other entities, including Shopify Inc. Those entities may impose their own terms and conditions which will also cover your transaction. Site users should pay attention to these additional conditions during the purchase process.
  
  
• Item descriptions and information are provided in good faith, but no warranty is provided as to fitness for any particular purpose.
  
  
• Clients agree to indemnify and hold harmless fbrc8 LLC and its officers, employees and business partners from all claims arising from use, or misuse of fbrc8's products and services.
  
  
• fbrc8 does not warranty the service life or suitability for purpose of any products; limited product warranties are provided by the respective manufacturers only. However, fbrc8 will work with you to help process any warranty claims that might be necessary.
  
  
• We reserve the right to refuse to do business with any customer based on the specifics of the transaction, past experience with the customer, etc., without giving any reason.
  
  
• In the event of any dispute, we will work to provide a mutually acceptable solution in good faith. However, in the event that legal action is necessary, the transaction is governed by the laws of the State of Tennessee, and disputes must be filed in that State.

Privacy Policy

fbrc8 LLC takes your privacy seriously. As such we will not share your order history, payment details, site use, or contact information with any third parties except as necessary to operate our online presence, and fulfill and support your orders (e.g., with our eCommerce site provider, payment processors, email and helpdesk system providers, shipping companies and product vendors for warranty registration or drop-shipping purposes etc). Any such sharing will be subject to the requirement that partner companies do not re-share your data, or use it for other purposes.

In the event that all or part of fbrc8 LLC's business is sold as a going concern, we reserve the right to transfer all associated contact and order history data to the new owners to the extent that it relates to the business being acquired, and again subject to the requirement that it will only be used in conjunction with the existing business relationship, and subject to the same conditions that fbrc8 LLC itself imposed.

fbrc8 LLC or its partners may also be required to disclose information about our customers and their transactions to legal authorities, in compliance with court orders or other statutory requirements. 

Partners We May Share Your Data With

To the extent necessary to fulfill orders, and maintain the business relationship with you, fbrc8 may share your personal information with various 3rd parties. These include:

• Shopify (for payment processing and/or shopping cart functions);
  
  
• Paypal, and Intuit (for payments processing);
  
  
• Zendesk (for support ticket management);
  
  
• Klaviyo (for opt-in mailing list management);
  
  
• FedEx and USPS (for shipping services);
  
  
• Various product vendors (for warranty and drop shipping purposes).

 We may update this list from time-to-time, as we work with new partners to fulfill our commitments to our customers.

Credit Card and Payment Info

fbrc8 does not retain credit card numbers and related payment information after a transaction is complete. Unless you directly provide such information to us - e.g., when paying in person or over the phone - fbrc8 usually has no access to that information at all; the payment process is handled entirely by third parties, and we only see the final status of the transaction.

Use of Contact Information

In order to process payments and arrange delivery of orders, we obviously require your name and address. We also require a contact phone number which we will share with the carrier, solely for the purposes of addressing any issues with delivery.

We may communicate with you via email, text message, and/or postal mail to provide information and follow-up regarding your orders and activities on the site. You will be required to enter an email address when you create an account on or site and/or during the check out process.

We also periodically send out emails, advising customers about new products, services and promotions. This will only be sent to customers who have actively opted-in to receive these, and the content of these emails may be based on your purchase history and site activity on fbrc8.com.

Social Media & Online Advertising

In addition to email outreach, fbrc8 also advertises on web sites and on social media. In doing so, we may target broad geographic or interest-group audiences, as defined by those sites.

Your Right to Opt Out

You may opt-out of receiving marketing emails at any time by:

• using the 'unsubscribe' link in any email you received;
• visiting this web page; 
• or by emailing 'sales@fbrc8.com'.

This will not affect your ability to continue to use fbrc8's website and services. However,  you will still need to provide an email address when placing an order with us, and we will use that address in order to communicate with you about that order.

If you wish to have your personal data removed from our systems, please contact sales@fbrc8.com. Obviously this may impact our ability to serve you effectively in the future. 

Cookies

We use persistent ID codes (cookies) to track and analyze use of our site, and provide functionality such as the shopping cart. No personally identifiable information is included directly in the cookie, and we do not share this data outside of fbrc8 LLC other than with our e-commerce and online service partners - and solely to the extent needed to operate our online presence and support our customers. We do not cross-reference this data with any personal tracking data from other sites or sources.

In the event that you disable the use of cookies, certain parts of our site may cease to function correctly. In that case, you should contact sales@fbrc8.com to make your purchases.

Satisfaction Guarantee, and Returns

Sales on this site are also made subject to the following conditions, and you are agreeing to these when you make a purchase:

Customers may return products for any reason within 14 days of purchase date, subject to the following conditions:

1. Products must be in as-new condition, and in original packaging;
2. Spare parts must not have not been installed in a printer;
3. Opened packages of consumables, such as printing materials, may only be returned if defective;
4. Printers and other hardware over $1000 are subject to a 15% restocking fee if returned, unless the hardware was defective at time of delivery.
5. In the case of defective items, the client may request either a replacement (subject to availability) or a refund.
6. Original shipping charges will only be refunded for defective items, and only if a replacement is not requested.
7. Return shipping is at the purchaser's expense, except for defective items.
8. Customers should contact sales@fbrc8.com to request a return authorization prior to returning an item. 

All sales are final 14 days after the purchase date, and goods may not be returned. However, in the event of technical problems with the products, we will actively work with you and the manufacturer to ensure an equitable solution under the terms of any applicable manufacturer warranties.

Shipping

All domestic US shipments are sent via a trackable service such as FedEx Ground, or USPS Priority Mail. 

For orders within the contiguous US, ground shipping is free on all orders of $100 or more, except for items which ship on pallets via freight carriers - which are subject to a delivery fee. Orders less than $100 are subject to a $10 flat rate ground shipping and handling charge.  

Customers requiring expedited or international shipping can choose such a service at checkout; an estimated shipping cost will be displayed. In the event that the estimated cost is insufficient to cover actual costs (e.g., due to excess weight or size of a shipment), fbrc8 will contact the customer to reconfirm actual charges prior to shipping. The customer can then either choose to pay the additional amount, or cancel their order at no charge.

We aim to ship same day, Monday-through-Friday, but it is not always possible. Expedited orders placed after 4pm US Central Time are not guaranteed to leave our facility the same day.

Some items are drop-shipped direct from the manufacturer, and as such shipping may take a little longer.
