xTool P3 80W Flagship CO2 Laser Cutter with Intelligent Automation

The xTool P3 is an 80W CO₂ laser cutter and engraver designed for small businesses, production studios, and makers who need a larger workspace with a more automated workflow. Its 36 × 18 in. (915 × 458 mm) working area supports oversized designs and efficient batch production, while cutting and engraving speeds of up to 1,200 mm/s help keep demanding project queues moving.

Automated Setup from Material Placement to Processing

xTool’s ACS™ Automated Creation System combines camera-guided positioning, LiDAR autofocus, and a motorized AutoLift Base to reduce routine setup. The four-camera system includes a 16 MP SkyView camera for a full-workspace view and close-range imaging for detailed alignment. The built-in AutoLift Base automatically adjusts material height and provides up to 8.66 in. (220 mm) of vertical space for bulkier objects, with a maximum load capacity of 35.3 lb. (16 kg).

Expandable for Specialized Production

The P3 can grow with different production needs. The optional 5W infrared laser module expands engraving capability to supported metals and plastics. The optional Intelligent Conveyor Feeder supports extra-long materials, while the optional Smart RA3 Rotary enables work on compatible cylindrical and curved objects. These accessories are sold separately unless specifically included in the selected bundle.

An xTool IF2 2.0 Inline Fan is included with the P3 for exhaust management. Bundle contents vary, so the selected package determines whether additional accessories are supplied.
