xTool P3 Intelligent Conveyor Feeder – Standard 59-Inch System

The xTool P3 Intelligent Conveyor Feeder Standard 59-Inch System expands the xTool P3 laser cutter for large-format projects and repeat production. Designed specifically for the P3, it automates material feeding, positioning, and previewing so makers and production shops can process oversized signs, furniture components, long boards, and batches of smaller items with less manual alignment.

The Standard 59-inch configuration supports material up to 24 inches wide by 59 inches long and provides a processing area of up to 24.01 x 51.18 inches. Three-axis X, Y, and U motion control coordinates the laser with the feeder, while the full-width roller system keeps material moving smoothly and securely through the machine.

Intelligent Conveyor Features

• AI Seamless Tiling Preview: Uses images captured by the P3 camera to assemble a complete material preview for accurate design placement.
• Automatic clamping: Adjusts roller pressure based on material thickness for a stable, non-slip feed.
• Automatic homing and processing: Moves material to the correct starting position and coordinates feeding during the job.
• Expanded material capacity: Handles compatible hard and soft materials up to 26 mm thick at processing speeds up to 200 mm/s.
• Suspended rail design: Supports materials up to 1,500 mm long without requiring a separate support table.

Integrated for the xTool P3

The conveyor feeder mounts at the rear of the xTool P3 through a one-time installation base. Once installed, it can remain attached without obstructing the machine’s original work area. Detachable suspended rails simplify storage and setup, while protective rubber strips help reduce laser-light and smoke leakage around the pass-through opening.
