Features & specifications

xTool Apparel Printer Film Rolls are hot-peel DTF transfer film made for the xTool Apparel Printer. Each roll measures 0.39 m x 100 m (15.35 in x 328 ft) with a thickness of 0.075 mm, giving you a long, continuous supply of film for high-volume direct-to-film production.

Both edges of the film feature custom perforations that fit the material-transport track of the xTool OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven. The perforations keep the film stable and correctly positioned as it moves through automatic powder shaking and drying, helping streamline your workflow.

Key Features

  • OEKO-TEX® certified: A safe, reliable DTF material for garments and textile products.
  • Excellent ink absorption: Produces bright, full color and sharp patterns that stay true to the original artwork.
  • Hot peel: Peel the film 5–10 seconds after pressing, with no long cool-down wait.
  • Perforated edges: Engineered for smooth, stable transport through the xTool OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven.
  • Comfortable, durable results: Finished transfers are breathable, skin-friendly, and washable.

Applications and Care

Use the film to create transfers for cotton, polyester, synthetic, and silk fabrics, as well as leather, including t-shirts, hoodies, jeans, hats, handbags, shoes, socks, pillows, and cushions. Store rolls in a cool, dry place at 26–28°C with humidity below 50%, since moisture can affect print quality. Handle rolls gently, keep them away from sharp objects, and take care when cutting open the wrapping to avoid scratching the film.
