Polymaker HT-PLA 3D Printer Filament

Polymaker HT-PLA is a 1.75 mm high-temperature PLA that prints just like regular PLA but holds its shape at far higher temperatures. It is designed for makers who want easy, reliable printing on any stock FDM printer and parts that will not sag in a hot car, a sunny window, or a warm workspace.

Heat Stability with PLA Simplicity

HT-PLA maintains its shape up to 150 °C when not under load, while regular PLA typically begins to deform around 60 °C. No post-processing is required to get that heat stability. For parts that need to carry a load while hot, you can optionally anneal at 80–100 °C for 30 minutes (100 °C recommended) to raise the heat deflection temperature to about 107 °C at 0.45 MPa.

Great For

HT-PLA is well suited to car accessories, outdoor decor, garden pieces, printer parts, and everyday functional prints that face more heat than standard PLA can handle. Older or stock printers may benefit from slower speeds. Layer adhesion is modest, so it is not recommended for single-wall prints.

Need More Strength?

Polymaker HT-PLA-GF adds glass-fiber reinforcement for higher stiffness and greater heat deflection after annealing, while keeping the same easy PLA-style printing.
