Product details
Features & specifications
Bambu Lab ABS is a 1.75mm ABS filament that is tough, durable, and resistant to heat and freezing. It is stronger than standard PLA and PETG, which makes it a good choice for functional parts, prototypes, and standard engineering components. It needs an enclosed printer.
Highlights
- Tough and durable. Prints withstand repeated impacts, collisions, and falls, with good impact resistance even at low temperatures.
- Heat resistant. A heat deflection temperature of 87°C suits everyday parts that face high temperatures.
- Water resistant. Long-lasting durability in wet environments.
- Ready to print. Comes on a high temperature reusable spool, with settings stored in RFID.

Printing and Care
- Enclose and ventilate. Use an enclosed printer in a well-ventilated area. Printing can release a pungent odor and gases such as styrene, so use a carbon-filter mask for long runs, and increase ventilation or pause printing if people with asthma or respiratory conditions, pregnant women, or children are nearby.
- Prevent warping. ABS can warp on large or high-infill models. Use an enclosure, glue the build plate, print at a lower speed, and raise the bed temperature.
- Dry before use. Drying gives the best print quality and a consistent finish. Store it in a dry place after use.
- Print safely. Use a well-ventilated area, and keep filament and fragments away from children and pets. This filament is not food-grade, so do not use finished prints for food storage or contact.
