Features & specifications

xTool Apparel Printer Powder is a white DTF hot-melt adhesive powder for the xTool Apparel Printer workflow. It is designed for the powder bin of the xTool OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven, which applies the powder automatically for an even coating across every printed transfer. Each bag contains 1kg of powder.

The powder adheres to the printed ink rather than the film, keeping designs clean and colors bright and vivid. Once cured and pressed, transfers feel soft, stretch with the fabric, and stay breathable. The strong adhesion is built for everyday wear and can withstand up to 100 washes.

Key Features

  • OEKO-TEX® certified: A safe, reliable DTF material for garments and textile products.
  • Automatic, even application: Loads directly into the xTool OS1 Automatic Shaker Oven powder bin.
  • Clean adhesion: Bonds to the ink instead of the film for crisp, vibrant transfers.
  • Comfortable finish: Cured prints are soft, elastic, and breathable.
  • Wash-durable: Strong adhesion that holds up to as many as 100 washes.

Applications

The powder is suitable for cotton, polyester, synthetic, and silk fabrics, as well as leather. Use it to produce DTF transfers for t-shirts, hoodies, jeans, hats, handbags, shoes, socks, pillows, cushions, and many other custom apparel and craft projects.

Safety and Ventilation

Curing ink and heat transfer powder can produce harmful fumes. Always work in a well-ventilated area and use an air purifier or similar ventilation equipment, such as the xTool SafetyPro™ AP2 Air Purifier. Operators should wear appropriate protective masks. If you experience respiratory discomfort or dizziness, stop immediately, move to fresh air, and wait for the fumes to clear before resuming. Minors, pregnant individuals, and people with respiratory conditions should not operate equipment or remain in the processing area.
