xTool Apparel Printer Cleaning Fluid is a printhead cleaner for the xTool Apparel Printer. It helps resolve stubborn printhead clogs and ink residue that cause color shifts, missing colors, lines in prints, and reduced print quality, restoring the printer to optimal performance. Each 100ml bottle comes with an MSDS (SDS).

Beyond clearing clogs, regular cleaning protects the printhead, supports smooth ink flow, and helps extend printhead life, making this fluid an essential part of routine DTF printer maintenance.

How to Use

Light cleaning (weekly, or when blocked): Move the printhead to the left side of the machine and open the left side plate. Check the printhead through the bottom reflector, then wipe it with a clean cloth or swab and cleaning fluid, taking care around the cutting blade.

Deep cleaning (when severely clogged): Move the printhead to the processing area and use the dropper to apply cleaning fluid to the ink pad. Return the printhead to the ink stack so the ink pad seals against it, and let it soak for 30 minutes. Drain the fluid from the ink pad with the ink extraction function, then print a test strip to confirm the printhead's condition.

Ink stack wiping (weekly, or when residue appears): Move the printhead to the print area and wipe the ink scraper and the pigment buildup around the ink pads with a clean cloth or swab and cleaning fluid.
