All our customers get an enhanced warranty offering, thanks to fbrc8's experienced support team who act as your primary point of contact, handling warranty claims and ticket escalation on your behalf. We'll work with you to quickly troubleshoot any issues, and then supply replacement parts from our extensive inventory. If the printer needs to come in for repair, we'll pay the return shipping costs, and you even have the option of paying for a loaner machine if the repair is going to take a while.
- 1 year coverage on parts and labor from the date the printer was delivered.
- Support provided directly by fbrc8 — minimizing delays in communication and shipping.

For makers, schools, and businesses who can’t afford downtime, fbrc8 AssurePlus gives you priority access, faster turnaround, and extended peace of mind. With coverage for up to 3 years, this program minimizes downtime, and keeps you printing while minimizing both routine consumable costs, and unexpected hardware costs.
- Building on the foundation of the Assure warranty plan, with several upgrades.
- Option to extend parts & labor coverage up to 3 years (starting from date printer was delivered).
- Priority response on support requests: usually same business day, with support available by telephone and video chat in addition to email, chat and ticket system.
- Priority handling on in-house repairs with 5 business day target turnaround from time of receipt, and discounted access to loaner printers if expected turnaround is longer than that.
- We pay shipping both ways on units being repaired, subject to diagnosis of an issue requiring in house repair.
- Optional setup & new-user training available online, or in-store, starting at $99.
- AssurePlus customers are eligible for a 5% discount on all consumable materials and printer spare parts purchases for covered machines during the term of the warranty agreement. (Some restrictions apply, see below).
AssurePlus Pricing
AssurePlus pricing depends on the model of printer being covered, and the length of the coverage desired. Printer warranties do not include AMS units, unless a separate add-on coverage is purchased along with the printer coverage.

Printer Loaner Program
Loaner printers are available fom fbrc8 to cover short-term needs. Under both the fbrc8 Assure and AssurePlus warranties loaners are available to help improve uptime during lengthy repairs. These are additional costs for use of a loaner, but the fees are reduced for repair-related loans, and particularly advantageous for units covered by the AssurePlus warranty.
- Models: Loaners provided will be of the same class or the nearest available equivalent as the customer's warrantied printer.
- Duration: Loaner use continues until your repaired unit is returned, plus 5 days grace period. Weekly fees increase after that point.
- Shipping: Shipping of the loaner in both directions is covered under AssurePlus. For returns, fbrc8 will provide prepaid labels.
- Packaging: Loaners are shipped in reusable packaging, which must be used to return the printer at the end of the loan. Customers are responsible for any damage or loss.

Note: The loaner program is intended to cover machines under repair. Once your printer is ready to return, and after the grace period, weekly fees will increase to the standard rate. Customers will be required to sign a separate agreement, and provide a credit card authorization to cover all ongoing fees during the loan period.
Important Considerations & Restrictions for all fbrc8 Warranties
Coverage Limitations: Warranty coverage only covers manufacturing defects in the product itself; it does not include normal wear on consumable parts (such as build plates and nozzles) unless these items fail early due to manufacturing defects.
The warranty also does not cover accidental damage; issues due to a lack of maintenance; incorrectly performed maintenance or repairs; failure to follow operating instructions and environmental requirements; nor operating issues such as clogged nozzles, or damage due to print failures, prints coming lose from the bed, etc.
No matter the cause, fbrc8 will be happy to help you with any and all of these issues, but you may incur costs including shipping, labor and parts if work is required for reasons not covered by the warranty.
The manufacturer's warranty covers only parts and labor under specific requirements as set forth on their website. Any additional warranty commitments discussed here are made solely by fbrc8 LLC, and are not binding on the manufacturers.
fbrc8's sells hardware, and offers warranty services, only within the United States of America. In the event that a customer removes a warranty-covered machine from the USA after purchase, the customer will be responsible for any and all costs and duties involved in shipping the machine or any needed parts to or from fbrc8's location, on an ex-works basis.
Packaging Requirement: You must retain the original packaging materials to use when returning a printer for service. This is for your protection; 3D Printers are fragile, and the original packaging is specifically designed to protect it during shipment.
If you do not have the packaging, you will be required to purchase the packaging to have the printer returned to you, even if the printer is shipped to fbrc8 in alternative packaging. Also the warranty will not cover any shipping damage incurred, if alternative packaging is used.
AssurePlus coverage can be added, for any printer purchased from fbrc8, at any point during the first year of ownership, and terminates on the appropriate anniversary of original printer delivery date, depending on the number of years' coverage purchased. However, AssurePlus benefits cannot be applied retroactively for any activities or issues arising prior to the date the coverage was added.
AssurePlus warranty discounts only apply to official spare parts and materials intended for direct use on the covered machine, during the warranty period, and starting from the date the warranty is purchased. Only one discount can be applied per customer/purchase even if multiple warranties are in place. The discount excludes repairs, taxes, shipping, upgrades, or 3rd party add-ons, and cannot be combined with any other offers. We reserve the right to terminate the discount if not used in good faith.
