Do you offer repairs on 3D printers?
Absolutely! We offer repairs on Bambu Lab 3D printers. Printers purchased from fbrc8 that experience warranty issues may be brought in for repair at no labor charge. Bambu Lab printers purchased through other retailers may be brought in for repair as well, but labor fees will apply.
Can I come see the printers in person before purchasing?
Yes. We have a showroom displaying most current models of Bambu Lab printers so you can see what you're getting into and get a feel for them before deciding which model you want.
When are you open?
We're open 9am-6pm Monday through Friday, and 10am-5pm on Saturdays. We aim to answer phone, email, and live chat during those hours. If we're assisting someone else and not able to answer immediately, please leave a message and we will get back to you. At our shop, you're always dealing with a live person, and not an AI bot.
